I had a great stay! The comfortable bed and good AC really made my night. Breakfast was on point and served on time. Plus, the restaurant had fantastic fish & ugali that I couldn't get enough of. The atmosphere was calming and cute. 😊

i truly enjoyed my stay with the fantastic restaurant serving some of my favorite local dishes and a warm atmosphere that made me feel at home during my city explorations.

Water pressure in the morning wasn’t reliable, making showers inconvenient. Air conditioning struggled, often turning off too soon, leaving the room uncomfortably warm.

The spacious Single Room had excellent wifi and a cozy back garden to relax in.

Vittoria Suites exceeded my expectations in many areas. The setup around the hotel creates a calm atmosphere, thanks to the well-maintained lawns and flower beds. My room was not only large and clean but also had a comfy bed, good air conditioning, and excellent WiFi. The restaurant served some of the best fish & ugali I've ever had, along with a timely breakfast setup. Unfortunately, there were a few hiccups. The water pressure was low at times, particularly in the morning, making it difficult to have a refreshing shower. I also faced issues with billing at the front desk. a small charge was incorrectly applied, which could have been avoided with better communication from staff. Overall, while I enjoyed my stay, these areas could benefit from improvement, particularly regarding the water pressure and staff clarity on charges.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The warm shower came at just the right time after a long day, and my room was impressively spacious with great air conditioning to keep me cool. Plus, I loved the excellent restaurant that served a delicious breakfast setup and my favorite fish & ugali for dinner!

Toiletries were lacking as too many guests had to wait for just one hairdryer!!! The air conditioning felt inadequate since it turned off too often, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable at night!!! Luggage handling needed attention!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Vittoria Suites! The spacious, tidy room was a delightful retreat, and the breakfast spread was simply amazing! The staff were incredible and always ready to assist. I especially loved the vibrant atmosphere and the comfortable beds, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The single room was spacious and had excellent WiFi, which made working during my stay a breeze. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a great variety of foods, and the restaurant's emphasis on local dishes, especially the tandoori fish, added a delightful touch. However, the air conditioning was inconsistent, often shutting off unexpectedly, and the water pressure was notably low, making showers less refreshing. Additionally, some toiletries were missing at first, which was a minor inconvenience.

Free Wi-Fi was super fast, and the bar had great local drinks. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was low.

Group getaway that hit the mark

Stayed here with some buddies for a weekend and we felt right at home, especially with the lush gardens and sweet vibes around the place. The room was pretty spacious, comfy bed gave us solid sleep, and the local fish & ugali for dinner was killer!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth every penny.
